Getting Ready
The bride and her bridesmaids settle into The Main House where beautiful becomes spectacular! Makeup, hair, and dresses are donned, and laughter will be in full supply! You can customize your experience as much as you would like - bringing in your own photos, catering, music, and more.
The guys get together in our man cave where they can watch the game, drink a few beers, swap a stories, and then get themselves ready for the big event. They won’t admit they have nerves, but the man cave is where they settle them!
The Ceremony
Your guests arrive and take a seat in one of our 200 wooden white chairs already perfectly in place for your ceremony. They chat and catch up while our Bose sound system fills the air with music and our fountain provides a beautiful backdrop. We work with you ahead of time to help customize your ceremony exactly to your taste. We encourage individuality and welcome new ideas for decorating!
The Reception
Once the “I do’s” have been said and a few tears have been shed, it’s time to add the exclamation point to your special day. Our enclosed reception hall has a fireplace, covered patio, full prep kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and all the supplies you need to make this party pop! We provide:
- 20 60″ round tables
- 12 48″ round tables
- 12 6 foot oblong tables
- linens
- 7 tall bar tables
- 200 reception chairs
- 5 outside cocktail tables with barstools
We want to make your day perfect and easy!
The staff at Rock Bottom Pond sets up all tables and chairs and takes them down for you. We also provide golf carts with drivers to transport guests from the parking area to the wedding area. Dona Ammons and her staff are onsite to help with anything you need.
The lease period is Friday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. for decorating and rehearsal and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until midnight. We are not approved for on-site cooking.
