No. We provide a list of preferred caterers, or you can submit your own caterer for approval. We do offer a catering prep kitchen, however, we are not approved for onsite cooking.
Yes. Please see our preferred vendors for local bartending services or submit a request for another bartending service of your choice. Please note, Rock Bottom Pond requires a one-day alcohol liability policy. You may purchase a policy or your vendor may have one. Proof of policy required prior to your event.

We want to make your event perfect and easy!
The staff at Rock Bottom Pond will set up all tables and chairs and take them down for you. We also provide two golf carts with drivers to transport guests from the parking area to the event area. Dona Ammons and her staff will be onsite to help with anything you need.
