The Pond offers a full prep kitchen for caterers; however, we are not approved for on-site cooking. Shoud your event require guests to stay overnight, ask about lodging options! We're happy to recommend accomodations from nearby air bnb's to hotels in the area.

The staff at Rock Bottom Pond sets up all tables and chairs and takes them down for you. We also provide golf carts with drivers to transport guests from the parking lot to the event area. Dona Ammons and her staff are onsite to help with anything you may need.
